| Limited Participants: A total of 96 players will be accepted, including 48 pitchers, 8 catchers, 16 outfielders, 16 middle infielders, 4 first basemen, and 4 third basemen. The registration deadline is February 15th or until the camp is filled, whichever comes first.

The 2025 Winter Professional Development League, hosted by the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League (PRIBL), is a premier opportunity for baseball players to elevate their skills, gain invaluable exposure, and immerse themselves in the unique combination of professional development and Puerto Rican culture. Set in the picturesque town of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico—a hub for emerging baseball talent and a tropical paradise—this event allows players to train under the guidance of experienced coaches and instructors from MLB Partner Leagues. Over four weeks, participants will engage in rigorous training sessions, competitive gameplay, and real-game scenarios, all while showcasing their abilities to scouts and team executives from across the professional baseball landscape.
The program mirrors the structure of Minor League instructional periods, offering an independent professional platform where players can:

- Compete in 24 games, gaining critical in-game experience

Schedule Overview:
- March 1st: Participant check-in for those opting for housing at 3:00 PM
- March 2nd: Warm-up and Workout Day 10:00 AM
- March 3rd: Scout Day with MLB representatives and Teams Draft
- March 4th: Teams Practices and Media Day (TBA)
- March 5th: First game (Regular Season).
- March 28th: Last game (Regular Season).
- March 29th: Playoffs (Single Elimination)
- March 30th: Championship Game
- March 31st: Departure.
Game Format Overview:
Batting Rules
1. 12 Batters Per Lineup:
- Divided into two groups:
- Group 1 (Batters #1–6): Hits in innings 1, 3, 5, and 7.
- Group 2 (Batters #7–12): Hits in innings 2, 4, 6, and 8.
2. 6 Batters Per Inning Maximum:
- Each inning concludes after six batters, regardless of outs.
- Equal Plate Appearances:
- Each batter gets four plate appearances per game.
- Over the 24-game league, every batter will accumulate 96 plate appearances.
Pitching Rules
1. 12 Pitchers Per Team:
- Divided into three groups of 4 pitchers.
- Group 1: Pitches on Day 1.
- Group 2: Pitches on Day 2.
- Group 3: Pitches on Day 3.
- The cycle repeats throughout the league.
- Pitching Workload:
- Each pitcher throws two innings per game, facing a maximum of 6 batters per inning.
- Over the 24-game league, each pitcher will pitch 16 innings, facing approximately 192 batters.

Local Player Package: $995
Includes:
- Full participation in training, games, and scouting opportunities. Excludes housing, meals, and transportation.
FLEXIBLE Payment Options:
- You can use the “Play Now, Pay Later” option through Affirm or Klarna to break your payments into manageable monthly installments over 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 months.

Recommended Arrival and Departure Time
- Arrival Time: March 1st before 1:00 PM.

Shuttle Services
- San Juan Airport: $100 each way (arrival before 4 PM). Depending on the arrival time and the number of players traveling simultaneously, transportation service will cost more for players landing after 4:00 PM.
- Aguadilla Airport: Cost varies by arrival time and service.
